CogniPolicy is an AI-assisted political consultancy workspace with two independent domains in one platform: Public Policy (PP) and Political Consultancy (PC). Built SvelteKit 5 + SvelteKit on Vercel with Drizzle ORM over LibSQL — dense, precise, high-information, quiet confidence. Numbers lead; decoration never gets in the way.
PC mode — the Election Dashboard — turns raw ECI result JSONL into analysable structure: a searchable, sortable, filterable scoreboard of all constituencies at both PC and AC levels, deep drill-downs per seat (winner, margin, turnout, vote share), booth-level detail/history/compare, and a dedicated cross-constituency compare workspace that lives in the URL so links share. Gujarat 2022 is a dedicated deep-dive. Designed because spreadsheets cannot be shared, drilled, filtered, and compared as a live report.
PP mode — three independent explorers: CSR Dashboard (758k projects, 115k agencies, 262k Cr across 11 FYs 2014-25, filterable by FY/state/sector/PSU), HCES Dashboard (46M rows, 14 tables, 291M households from NSO/MoSPI 2023-24 with insights/data-explorer/MPCE), and Research (OpenAlex → 15 papers → 10 ranked → 3-5 clusters with 10× Muse Spark + Exa synthesis to government schemes, logframe & TOC drafting). News ingestion (RSS → sanitize → dedupe, cron daily) and AI chat/generate endpoints complete the operated workspace.
